How can you make the best choice if you don't have... ...well, choices. You can expect your relationship with Genesis to be radically different than those you've had with others in the Telecom Industry for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately for them (and, regrettably, you, as it turns out), an AT&T rep can only talk to you about what his employer pays him to talk to you about - the products offered on AT&T's "menu". The MCI guys also have a menu of products to offer you - you can have any flavor you like - as long as it's MCI. So it goes with Qwest, and Sprint, and all the rest. The MCI guy is not going to analyze your needs, and then call a meeting to tell you that you really need to call Qwest because "they have a product far better suited for your application" - and then smile and give you Qwest's phone number. Forgive our grammar, but that ain't gonna happen. Ever. But you know that. Which leaves you, the customer, in a rather precarious predicament - one that the majority of telecom intensive businesses have found themselves in repeatedly - what if you make the decision to pick something off the MCI menu without ever knowing there was a far better option for you on the Qwest menu. Or with a little known, wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. Or Broadwing/Level 3. Perhaps some combination of all of them would have created the optimal scenario for you. Or better still, what if there is a company out there that will, at no cost to you, look across all carrier boundaries, develop the ideal solution for you based on your specific requirements, calling patterns, and call volume, and then offer you multiple options with pricing you can't even get from a direct rep? Is that too much to ask?

Or Qwest. Or any other provider. We work for you. You are our client. Our loyalty is to you, and your best interests are our only priority. Our job is to bring knowledge, experience, and objectivity (there's that word again) to the table, analyze your specific circumstance, and then build the optimal solution for your specific needs based on our findings and your wishes. Period. It may be one of our Qwest solutions. Or MCI. Or both if that's appropriate. Need Local service in several different markets? Done. LD? Our specialty. Dedicated internet access? Piece o'cake - would you like that solution managed or unmanaged? Multiple locations in different parts of the country? No problem. All of the above? Even better. That's where we shine. We can do for you what no individual service provider can do - they simply don't have the arsenal of products and services available to them that we do. And the more we know about your needs, the more surgically we can approach the solution. Does that give us an unfair advantage? Yes it does. One that is to your significant benefit.
